First Intersect

The first intersect was a computer system built prior to the first episode.

In Episode 110: Chuck vs. the Nemesis, it is revealed that Bryce Larkin was working on the project when he discovered that a group named Fulcrum intended to steal or sabotage the project. Bryce stole the data and sent it to Chuck to prevent it from falling into Fulcrum's hands.
