Edgar Winterborne was a Fulcrum agent for ten years before it was taken down by Team Bartowski. He first appeared in Chuck Versus the Fat Lady as the Fulcrum agent who was tasked with recovering the list of Fulcrum agents created by Guy Lefleur and recovered by Team Bartowski.
In the season 5 episode, Chuck Versus the Goodbye, it is revealed that Ted Roark gave him one of the three pieces to "the key." As a result, Nicholas Quinn arranged to steal it from him in order to make his Intersect work.
He was heard to call The Ring "a bunch of amateurs."
He was the only operative who ever encountered Team Bartowski to escape.
