Michael "Big Mike" Turner is the boss at Buy More. In "Pilot'", Harry smugly informs Chuck that Big Mike is interested in making Harry the assistant manager.
Mike has a sign over his desk that says "Big Mike".
It's been said by the creators of Chuck that Big Mike has two passions: fishing and danish. In fact, he's often seen in the Buy More eating danish, and he panicked when his Marlin was stolen.
A certificate under the marlin honors "Michael Tucker" in "management training," dated March 14, 2004.
